WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

The maximum number of extra beds that may be added in a room is 1.
Free private parking for one car per unit is available on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets are allowed upon request. Charges may apply.
All reservations and financial agreements are made for a specific number of guests. This number must be specified and confirmed by the client during the booking process.
Additional guests may be accommodated at extra charge provided that the total number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the residence.
Bed linen and bath towels are included in the unit. Cleaning every third day is included. Change of towels and bed linen every third day is also included. Extra cleaning service can be arranged at an extra charge. Maid service is not included in the rental rate.
At check-in, the client must submit his/her passport or identity card and pay off the remaining balance. The passport and/or identity card will be photocopied and returned along with two sets of keys of the booked residence.
The Company is not responsible for any accident, injury or illness that may occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their (and their guests’) use of the premises.
The Company is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. The residences are equipped with a safety box available to clients.
Client agrees to keep the house in good condition.
Upon making a booking, the client agrees that his/her entire party shall behave responsibly and properly and shall not generate excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. House Parties are not allowed and the same applies for loud music. Should clients not comply with this rule, the owner reserves the right to ask them to leave the premises. No refund will be payable in such a case.
The client agrees that any violation of the law regarding illegal drug use or fire arms will be grounds for immediate termination of this rental agreement with no refund.
Upon check-out the clients are required to return all sets of keys.
Check-in time is 14:00 local time unless agreed otherwise.
Check-out time is 11:00 local time unless agreed otherwise.
